100 in 11': Bryant, Arkansas, United States; Hey! My name is Katie and I am 33 years old. I am from Bryant, Arkansas. Welcome to my blog! I am not a writer, but I have always been an open book. I struggle with my weight and self esteem. This blog will document my journey as I lose weight and find myself again. My goal is to lose 100 lbs in 1 year. I have lost weight many times, but now I am ready to lose it and keep it off forever. My husband Brian will be joining me too, only he does not have as much weight to lose. I am excited, but also scared and nervous because I know this will not be easy! I love to eat, and have gotten so used to all of these bad habits. Join me as I get fit for life! ** NOTE -- so I did not have success in 2011, but I do not want to change my blog title...SO I am having much better success in 2012-- I have lost 36 lbs since Jan 12 **
